For those who prefer to get around without a car, Olia Seaside Residence is ideal: supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants as well as some of the most famous Beach Bars of Halkidiki are within walking distance, yet far from traffic and noise!
All rooms are non-smoking and there is also a fire protection and alarm system for your safety. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas (garden, terrace, and balcony).
Our Junior Suite also features heating (radiators), making it the perfect Pefkohori family accommodation all year round!
WHAT COMES WITH THE HOUSE
This luxury apartment in Halkidiki features double soundproof windows with mosquito nets and electric shutters, a fully furnished patio, a bathroom with shower cabin, a small fully functional kitchen, as well as a private parking area (fenced, monitored throughout the day by security cameras). The apartment has a Smart TV with satellite channels as well as two double beds 160x200cm and 140x200cm with a Luxus mattress by Candia Strom for the ultimate sleeping experience, plus an extra sofa-bed.

Iris was, according to Greek mythology, the daughter of the marine-god Thaumas and the cloud nymph Electra and originally a sea and sky goddess. She was known to be a beautiful young woman with big golden wings. Being the handmaiden and personal messenger of Hera and close to both her parents, Iris often traveled from the sea up to the sky, leaving a rainbow trail behind her on sunny days.
Today Iris is seen as the goddess of rainbows and messenger of the Olympian gods. Her name is the Ancient Greek word for rainbow.
